Applesauce: Creator Terms of Service (SKU 1: Dataset Listing)

These Creator Terms ("Creator Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Creator") and the Applesauce Platform regarding the listing and sub-licensing of your audio assets under SKU 1 (Dataset Licensing).

1. The Listing Program

By uploading audio assets ("Audio") and setting a Base Price, Creator appoints Applesauce as its non-exclusive agent to market and sub-license the Audio to third-party Licensees (Buyers).

2. Grant of Rights to Platform

Creator grants Applesauce a global, royalty-bearing (as defined in Section 4) right to:

Host and store the Audio.
Generate "Deal Memos" based on the Five Knobs Pricing Framework.
Sublicense the Audio to Licensees under the Applesauce Master Terms and applicable Domain Modules.

3. Privacy & Identity (ELVIS Act)

Consent: Creator provides informed consent for the use of their vocal identity for the specific purposes defined in the licensed Domains.
Verification: Creator agrees to maintain the "Identity Tier" (OAuth, Bank, or KYC) specified during listing to ensure Licensee trust and proper pricing.

4. Payment & Fees

Pricing: The Final Price is calculated via the Five Knobs math (Base * Domain * Modifiers).
Platform Fee: Applesauce retains a platform fee (standard 30%) from every transaction.
Payout: Creator receives 70% of the Final Price collected by the Platform, paid out according to the account's selected payout schedule.

5. Creator Representations

Creator represents that:

They are the sole owner of the Audio and the rights to their vocal identity.
The Audio does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Withdrawal & Termination

Creator may remove their Audio from listing at any time. Any sub-licenses already granted to Licensees prior to removal will remain valid until their expiration date (as defined in their respective Deal Memos' Duration knob).
